Thank you for the proficient manner in which you and your staff replaced the flooring in my unit at Nedlands.
From the time I rang your compnay [from the Yellow Pages] you have been most professional and willing to assist in every way.
Although at first we thought it would be a small job to replace some water damaged boards, it soon became apparent the whole downstairs floor needed to be replaced.
As I had a deadline, you wre most obliging in fitting this work between other jobs. I appreciated the way you kept me informedand checked along the way to ensure the floor selection and laying was to my satisfaction.
Shaun has done a first class job. Please pass on to him my thanks and appreciation. Clint coming back after the job was completed to clean up and remove all the old flooring and other material was also appreciated.

Just a note to thank you all sincerely for the job you recently completed at our home.
First of all, we got exactly the timber we looking and quoted on (unlike some others who show youone sample and deliver something completely different)
The timber was deliverred as promised and in spite of the fact you were all very busy, our availability and flexibility together with your desireto get the job done, worked for all of us. Everyone who we had dealings with from your company, was kind and professional. The guy who actually laid the floor paid particular attention to the nailing and sound reduction, this with his obvious attention to detail was appreciated 100% and finally, the young guy who sanded and polished the floor finished the job with care and attention.
Frankly, I am a bit dissappointed that we have bought carpet for the lounge as I would not hesitate to put another wood floor in and have you guys do the job for us.
Thanks once again and hope in the future that we can direct more work your way.
